A Quick Update on the January Paper Bento Box

If not already, your January Paper Bento box should be arriving soon, and we’re so excited for you to receive it. Thank you, as always, for your patience and support. We truly couldn’t do this without you.

We wanted to share a quick update regarding the January box, as a few customers have reached out with questions.

One of the items originally planned for the January Paper Bento box was delayed and didn’t arrive in time for shipment. Rather than delay all January boxes, we made the decision to move forward without that one item so boxes could ship on schedule.

You may notice that the item is still listed on the “What’s in the Box” card included in your box. These cards were printed ahead of time, before we learned about the delay, and unfortunately couldn’t be updated in time.

To account for the missing item, we applied a $5 discount to all January boxes. If you purchased the January box, this discount was already reflected at checkout—no further action is needed.

We’re really sorry for any confusion this may have caused, and we truly appreciate your understanding. Transparency and fairness are incredibly important to us, and we’re grateful to be building Paper Bento alongside such a thoughtful and supportive community.
